I have shopped there many times over the years and always had good service. They stick by there warranties. People got to remember a couple things...they are only human too and there are sometimes miscommunication or lack off between people. And yes it can be irritating but it happens. Everyone deserves a second chance and it's not like it happens often. Patience is a virtue

I had no idea where to even start with finding a part for my car and I called them about what I needed because someone recommended them and they said they had it in stock, but they were closing soon. I said I wouldn't be able to make it there in time and they said they could deliver it to me the next day! It was really important for me to get my car fixed because I use it for work, and they had it the next day by 1100. I was able to take me car in to get fixed right after I got the part!
